What people ask first.
Every clinician who applies to the network is checked against the CMS National Provider Identifier (NPI) registry: the NPI must be active and belong to an individual clinician, and we review the specialty and practice states it lists. Inactive or organizational NPIs are rejected automatically. The registry does not confirm that a state license is in good standing, so ask any clinician for their license number and look it up with that state's medical board.
Yes. Many peptides are legally prescribed by licensed prescribers and compounded by registered 503A and 503B pharmacies. Every prescriber in our network follows FDA guidelines and state regulations for compliant prescribing and sourcing.
503A pharmacies compound medications based on individual prescriptions. 503B pharmacies are outsourcing facilities that can produce larger batches under stricter FDA oversight, including cGMP compliance. Both are legitimate, but 503B pharmacies offer an additional layer of quality assurance.
Costs vary by peptide, dosage, and protocol. Most patients spend between $150 and $500 per month. Pricing is transparent and confirmed before your protocol is sent to fulfillment.
